JohnCow.com is trying to raise the number of RSS subscribers on his site. To get the ball rolling he’s decided to give away free RSS feed ads every week till the end of this year. With a maximum of ten ads per post - per week, that’s about 60 lucky winners!

All you have to do is leave a comment in there blog contest post here and subscribe to there RSS feed if you haven’t already. 10 Bloggers will be randomly picked at the end of the day and will be emailed to request a screenshot of the RSS subscription as proof. Once that’s confirmed, you’ll be published.

If your blog is drawn, you’ll just have to give them the 180 chars tagline, anchortext and link URL you’d like to use, and your ad will be published for free, the whole week long.

The Blog Beat is holding a Blog Contest and the winner will win advertising spots for the months of October & November.
